| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经阴道超声在早早孕诊断中的价值。方法79例临床疑诊早早孕者行经腹超声和经阴道超声检查,并与临床随访及手术结果进行对比分析。结果经阴道超声检查在早期宫内孕及宫外孕诊断中的符合率(96.9%,92.3%)均高于经腹超声检查(32.3%,38.5%,P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声在早早孕诊断中明显优于经腹超声。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal ultra so und in the diagnosis of early pregnancy.Methods Seventy- nine women with clinic ally suspected early pregnancy underwent the both examinations of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound.The ultrasonic findings in 79 cases were retrospectively analyzed and compared with followed up and surgical findings.Re sults The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound for early pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy was 96.9 % and 92.3 % ,respectively,it was significantly h igher than 32.3 % and 38.5 % of transabdominal ultrasound (P< 0.01 and P< 0. 05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound has greater value than transabdominal ult rasound in the diagnosis of early pregnancy. |
