广东省肇庆地区结核病初始耐药发展趋势

目的　本文对肇庆地区1 996～2 0 0 4年新发初治菌阳肺结核病人1 2 4 2例的初始耐药情况进行分析。结果　发现初始耐药率由2 8.4%下降至1 9.4%。耐多药率有上升趋势,由8.9% ,上升为1 2 .7%。结论　提示初治病人需开展药敏试验,以制定最佳的化疗方案,避免耐多药菌的产生和传播。

Development of TB drug resistance in Zhaoqing area of Guangdong Province

Objective To understand the development of TB drug resistance in Zhaoqing district of Guangdong Province.Methods To analyze the initial drug resistance among 1242 new pulmonary TB patients admitted in Zhaoqing district (one city and six towns), who had shown culture-positive in 1996-2004. Results Resistance rate to any antituberculosis drug decreased from 28.4% in 1996 to 19.4% in 2004. The resistance rate to a single antituberculosis drug also decreased from 19.4% in 1996 6.8% in 2004. However, rate to multidrug resistance tuberculosis (MDR-TB) increased from 8.9% in 1996 to 12.7% in 2004.Conclusion New pulmonary TB patients need drugsensitive test. Design Optimal treatment should be developed to avoid the rising and transplanting of resistance grams, especially multidrug resistance-tuberculosis.
