摘 要: | 目的观察应用掌侧钛板内固定后关节腔结合肌间隙内注入透明质酸钠治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法选取笔者自2010一05—2012—06收治的54例桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者,均行掌侧切开复位钛板内固定、关节腔及肌间隙内注入透明质酸钠,短期石膏托外固定。结果所有患者术后获9~15个月的随访,采用腕关节功能评分及X线测量指标进行综合评定:优32例,良21例,差1例,优良率98.1%。结论采取掌侧钛板内固定结合注入透明质酸钠治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折,利于关节软骨修复,能有效预防肌腱粘连及屈肌挛缩,临床疗效满意,值得推广应用。

Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of volar internal fixation combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate and short term plaster external fixation in treatment of distal radius fracture. Methods Fifty four patients with unstable distal radius fractures from May 2010 to June 2012 were selected, which all were treated through volar Titanium plate internal fixation combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate and short term plaster external fixation. All patient were followed up to evaluate the results of the treatment. Results All the patients were followed up for 9-15 months, and evaluated by X-rays and wrist function assessment.Thirty two cases were graded as excellent, 21 cases as good and 1 case as poor. The excellent and good rate was 98.1%. Conclusion The treatment of distal radius fracture with volar Titanium plate internal fixation combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate can help to repair articular cartilage, prevent effectively from tendon adhesion and flexor eontracture, and the clinical therapeutic effect is satisfied and worthy of promotion. |
