吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术治疗重度痔的临床效果分析

目的分析吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术治疗重度痔的临床效果。方法选取2010年6月-2013年1月十堰经济开发区人民医院收治的重度痔患者100例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组使用吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术进行治疗,对照组使用外剥内扎术进行治疗,对比两组患者的住院时间、手术时间以及不良反应等情况。结果①观察组患者的手术时间与住院时间要明显短于对照组,两者相比差异具有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）;②对照组不良反应发生率为60.0%,观察组不良反应发生率为24.0%,两者相比差异具有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术治疗重度痔具有手术时间短、患者住院时间短等优点,同时可以明显降低手术所造成的不良反应发生率,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

The clinical effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids in treatment of severe hemorrhoids

[ Objective ] To compare the hernia ring filling peaceful piece hernia repair inguinal hernia treatment and prognosis. [ Methods ] Our hospitals in June 2010 to January 2013 inguinal hernia treated 100 patients with hemorrhoids as a clinical observation were randomly divided into two groups. The control group patient＇s hernia ring filling hernia repair treatment, observation group using a flat piece hernia repair treatment, compared two groups of patients with surgery, hospitalization time, blood loss, pain, time, treatment effects and adverse reactions and other information. [ Results ] （~） In the observation group,the operation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group, there was a statistically significant difference （P〈O.O1）; （~） In the control group, the incidence of adverse reaction was 60%, the observation group the incidence of adverse reaction was 24%, the difference has statistical significance （P〈0.01）. [ Conclusion ] The procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids treatment of severe hemorrhoids patients with shorter operation time, shorter hospitalization time etc, also can reduce the incidence of adverse reaction caused by the operation, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
