高龄患者鼻窦内窥镜手术18例报告

目的探讨高龄（≥80岁）患者鼻窦内窥镜手术的可行性及疗效。方法2003-01～2006-09收治高龄鼻病患者行鼻内窥镜手术18例,从手术时间、术中出血、住院时间、术后并发症及疗效进行分析。结果平均手术时间85min,术中出血356ml,住院时间16.5d,手术并发症4例（22.2%）,治愈及好转16例（88.9%）。结论鼻内窥镜手术可以安全地应用于适当选择的高龄患者,年龄不应成为高龄患者行鼻窦内窥镜手术的排除标准。

Endoscopic sinus surgery in patients older than 80 years(report of 18 cases)

Objective：To explore the feasibility and effect of operating the nasal sinus endoscope on the elderly patients （≥ 80 years）. Method： This series incouded 18 patients who had undergone endoscopic sinus surgery in our department between Jan 2003 and Sep 2006. Analyzed from the operational time, amount of bleeding in operation, time in hospital, complications after operation and curative effect. Results： The operating time is 85 min, amount of bleeding 356 ml, time in hospital 16.5 days, complications 4 cases （22. 2% ）, patients cured or better 16 cases （88.9%）. Conclusion： The operation of nasal endoscope can be securely applied to appropriately chosen elderly patients and age cannot be the standard to exclude the elderly patients from being operated the nasal sinus endoscope.
