多发性创伤168例的急救与护理体会

目的探讨如何提高多发性创伤的抢救和护理水平。方法回顾性分析近3年来我院急诊的168例多发性创伤病人的临床资料。结果多发性创伤以青壮年男性居多，病情复杂凶险，病死率高达31．5％，术前、术后病死率分别为47．2％、43．4％，术前主要死于创伤性休克，术后主要死于重要脏器功能衰竭。结论急诊护士要提高对多发性创伤的认识，按照VIPCO急救程序救治，加强生命体征的监测和护理，提高救治成功率。

Emergency treatment and nursing of 168 cases of multiple injuries

Objective To further enhance the levels of emergency treatment and nursing of multiple injuries. Methods 168 patients with multiple injuries in emergency department during the last three years were retrospectively analyzed. Rseults Most of the patients with multiple injuries were young or middle age male. The state of the illness was complicated and dangerous. The mortality of multiple injuries was 31.5%. The mortality Preoperative and postoperative was 47.2% and 43.4% respectively. The dead cause Preoperative and postoperative was traumatic shock and important organ failure respectively. Conc, husion The nurses of emergency department should deepen their understanding on multiple injuries, and should be strict with emergency treatment according to VIPCO order. It is very important to detect and nurse the vital signs of the patients with multiple injuries and improve cure rate.
