压膜式阻鼾器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的临床研究

摘    要:
目的研究压膜式阻鼾器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的临床疗效。方法对22例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者采用压膜式阻鼾器治疗,戴用后2周复诊,进行多导夜间睡眠监测检查,比较睡眠呼吸紊乱指标变化,计算治疗有效率,询问患者主观症状改善情况。结果治疗2周后,患者戴用阻鼾器后睡眠呼吸紊乱指数由治疗前的(32.15±20.16)次/h降至(7.83±6.54)次/h,最低血氧饱和度由(71.74±12.18)%提高到(81.67±10.34)%,平均呼吸暂停时间由(18.83±7.90)s缩短为(11.98±8.93)s,最长呼吸暂停时间由(43.45±22.39)s缩短至(23.26±21.37)s,以上指标治疗前后差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。22例患者中2例因戴用不适放弃治疗,1例戴用后睡眠呼吸紊乱指数仍达8次/h,视为治疗无效,治疗的有效率为86.4%。结论戴用压膜式阻鼾器,患者感觉舒适、易于接受,在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征保守治疗方面有较好的推广和实用价值。

Abstract:
Objective To research the efficacy of the use of moulage snoreguard to treat the obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods In 22 cases of OSAHS patients,the sleep at night was monitored with polysomnography.The index of sleep breathing disorders before and after treatment was compared.Results The effective rate of moulage snoreguard was 86.4%.With moulage snoreguard,the clinical manifestations were obviously improved,and the level of AHI decreased from(32.15±20.16) times per hour to(7.83±8.54) times per hour,while the value of lowest situation of blood oxygen increased from 71.74%±12.18% to 81.67%±10.34%.The distinctions beard significance in statistically.Conclusion The moulage snoreguard is comfortable,easily acceptable and convenient,which suggest this technique can be effectively used in the treatment of OSAHS.
