表阿霉素结合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效观察

目的观察表阿霉素结合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法将靖江市人民医院收治的52例胃癌中晚期患者分为对照组与观察组，每组26例，对照组采用顺铂、甲酰四氢叶酸钙＋5-氟尿嘧啶的化疗方案，观察组采用表阿霉素、顺铂、甲酰四氢叶酸钙＋5-氟尿嘧啶的化疗方案。比较两种化疗方案的效果和毒性不良反应。结果对照组总有效率为57．69％，观察组总有效率为69．23％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论表阿霉素结合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌在临床上有更好的疗效，但有一定胃肠道反应。

Clinical efficacy of epirubicin combined with chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancer

Objective To observe the clinical effect of epirubicin combined with chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancer. Methods Fifty-two patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into control group and observation group, with 26 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with cisplatin and calcium folinatc plus 5-fiuorouracil, patients in observation group were treated with epirubicin, cisplatin and calcium folinatc plus 5-fluorouracil. The effects and toxicity of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 60.00% in control group and 69.57% in observation group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Epirubicin combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gas-tric cancer has better curative effect in clinics, but also has certain gastrointestinal reactions.
