消肿乳糜清治疗乳糜尿和乳糜血尿的临床研究

目的研究消肿乳糜清制剂治疗乳糜尿的安全性及临床疗效。方法通过:1.消肿乳糜清对小鼠的急性毒理学试验;2.应用消肿乳糜清口服液、片剂、较大剂量的片剂和浸膏片剂分别以每人300ml/d、12g/d、18g/d和12g/d,3次分服,连续服用1个月为一疗程方法,治疗乳糜尿和乳糜血尿315例,观察研究该药对实验动物和人体主要脏器的影响。结果该药对实验动物和人体主要脏器(心、肝、脾、肺、肾及造血器官)均无任何不良影响,小鼠对该药的最大给药量为33g/kg(相当于临床成人用量的165倍),LD50大于20g/kg。应用该药治疗6个疗程后,对乳糜尿及乳糜血尿病人的有效率为100%,即时治愈率为92.38%,其中消肿乳糜清浸膏片剂治愈率为98.11%。疗毕1～5年随访269例,复发12例,复发率为4.46%。结论消肿乳糜清制剂尤其是消肿乳糜清浸膏片剂是乳糜尿及乳糜血尿患者最理想的天然治疗药物。

The experimental study of the therapeutic effect of Xiaozhongrumiqing preparation on chyluria and hemotochyluria

Aim To discuss the safety and effect of Xiaozhongrumiqing on chyluria and hemotochyluria,and provide basis for application for this drug. Methods The effect of Xiaozhongrumiqing on experimental animal and human main organs was discussed by： 1. mouse emergency toxicology experiment; 2. Xiaozhongrumiqing oral liquid （300ml/d）,tablet （12g/d）, large dose tablet （18g/d） and extractum tablet （12g/d） were applied to 315 cases of c hyluria and he motochyluria for 1 month as the course of treatment. Results No harmful effects were observed in experimental animal and human main organs （heart,liver, spleen,lung, kidney and blood forming organ）, the maximum dosage was 33g/kg for mouse （equal to 165 times of clinical adult dosage）,and the LD50 exceed 20g/kg. The effective rate was 100% ,and the immediate cure rate is 92.38% （the cure rate was 98.11% for Xiaozhongrumiqing extractum tablet） for ehyluria and hemotoehyluria patients which had been given 6 courses of treatment,and the recurrence rate was 4.46% （12/269） after a follow up of 5 years. Conclusion Xiaozhongrumiqing preparations （especially for extraetum tablet） was the ideal and natural drug for chyluria and hemotoehyluria.
