冠心病合并糖尿病患者经皮冠状动脉介入术后护理

目的研究综合护理措施对冠心病合并糖尿病患者实施经皮冠状动脉介入术后的应用效果。方法将2012年10月-2013年10月我院行PCI手术160例冠心病合并糖尿病患者随机分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，实验组实施综合护理．对比两组术启并发症的发生状况、平均住院时间、对护理服务的满意度。结果 实验组术后并发症发生率和平均住院天数明显低于对照组（均P〈0．05）；实验组对护理服务的满意度评分明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论 对冠心病合并糖尿病患者PCI术后实施综合护理措施，可明显降低并发症发生率．提高患者对护理工作的满意度．建议临床推广。

Nursing care of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus after PCI

Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing measures implementation of nursing after percutaneous coronary intervention of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes. Methods 160 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes with PCI operation were selected from October 2013 to October 2012 in our hospital, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, after the operation, the control group implementation of routine nursing group, the implementation of comprehensive nursing measures for patients in the experimental group, compared the postoperative complications, average the hospitalization time, patients satisfaction for nursing service. Results The incidence of patients in experimental group, postoperative complications and the average hospital stay was significantly lower than the control group（P〈O.05）, Satisfaction for nursing service of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing measures in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease after PCI operation, can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, optimization of treatment effect, improve patients, satisfaction with nursing work, promotion and application in clinical.
