软骨肉瘤的临床X线诊断（附98例报告）

本文报道９８例软骨肉瘤，其中股骨３４例，髂、耻、坐骨和肩胛骨２０例，胫骨１１例，肱骨１０例，肋骨７例，胸骨６例，骶骨４例，跖骨２例，尺骨、腓骨、指骨和上颌骨各１例。临床上以疼痛和肿块为主要症状。所有患者均经病理和手术证实。并进行了５年以上的随访。软骨肉瘤的Ｘ线征象包括：（１）骨质破坏，边缘不规则，界限不清；（２）在病骨周围出现肿瘤性软组织肿块；（３）在肿瘤区和软组织内呈现不同类型的钙化；（４）局限

X-ray Diagnosis of Chondrosarcoma(Report of 98 Cases)

98 cases of chondrosarcoma of bone were affected in femur(34),ilium,pubis,ischum,(15),tibia(11),humerus(10),ribs(7),sternum(6),scapular(5),sacrum(4),toes(2),ulna(1),fibula(1),maxilla(1),and finger(1).Pain and Swelling or both were the main clinical complaints.Allcases were proved surgico-pathologically.The x-ray signs of chondrosarcoma include:erosion of thebone,irregular margin and ill-defined between tumor and bone;soft tissue tumor mass may appeararund bone;variors patterns of calcification within the tumor and localized periosteal reaction.Theresutls indicated that x-ray can not only reveal the exact location and extent of the tumor,permit anaccurate preoperative diagnosis.The radiological malignant features of chondroscarcoma and itsdiagnosis were dicsussed.All patients were followed up above 5 years.
