自体造血干细胞移植治疗恶性血液病及晚期肺癌

目的观察自体造血干细胞移植（AHSCT）治疗恶性血液病和晚期肺癌（ALC）的疗效。方法5例急性白血病（AL）、1例霍奇金病（HD）和1例晚期肺癌（ALC）用AHSCT治疗。其中6例接受自体外周血干细胞移植（APBSCT），1例接受自体骨髓移植（ABMT）。AL和HD均在初次完全缓解后移植，ALC患者在化疗后获部分缓解后移植。AL、HD和ALC分别用MAC方案、MeVEC方案和MeVAM方案预处理。结果7例患者移植后均获造血重建；5例AL和1例HD已分别持续完全缓解450天、313天、276天、112天、81天和171天；1例则ALC患者在移植后完全缓解115天后出现颅内复发。结论初步结果提示AHSCT能延长AL、HD和ALC患者的无病存活期。

Treatment of malignant hematologic diseases and advanced lung cancer by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (raport of 7 cases)

Objective To observe the efficiency of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT) fox malignant hematologic diseases and advanced lung cancer (ALC). Methods 5 cases with acute leukemia (AL), 1 Hodgkin's disease (HD) and 1 ALC were treated by AHSCT. 6 of them received autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation; 1 of them received autologous bone marrow transplantation. Transplantations were done after first complete remission for AL and HD patients, and for ALC after partial remission. The pretreatment for AL, HD and ALC were MAC, MeVAM and MeVEC respectively. Results In 7 cases hemopoiesis re-established successfully after AHSCT. 5 AL and 1 HD were still in continuous complete remission to 450, 313, 276, 112, 81 and 171 days after AHSCT respectively, intracrania1 metastases relapsed in ALC after 1l5 days of complete remission. Conclusion The preliminary result suggested that AHSCT could prolong the disease - free survival for AL, HD and ALC.
