| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年复合性溃疡临床特点。方法对118例老年复合性溃疡与396例非老年复合性溃疡作对照分析。结果老年复合性溃疡症状多不典型,幽门螺杆菌感染率高,巨大溃疡多并发出血几率大,停药后易复发（P〈0.05）。结论老年复合性溃疡病情顽固,并发症较多,加深对老年复合性溃疡认识,有利于本病的诊治。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical features of elderly patients with compound ulcer.Methods A contrastive analysis was conducted on 118 elderly patients with compound ulcer.And we compared them with 396 non-elderly patients with compound ulcer at the same period.Results Elderly compound ulcer symptoms are atypical,Hp infection rate is higher,giant ulcer are common,complication is more often,bleeding is the most common complication,easy to relapse after drug withdrawal（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Pathogenetic condition of compound ulcer in elderly patient is intractable with more complications.Deepen the understanding of compound ulcer in elderly is beneficial to the treatment of this disease. |
