| 摘 要： | 大量流行病学研究证明脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2是冠心病的独立危险预测因子。脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2在动脉粥样硬化过程中所起的作用已引起广泛关注,认为抑制脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2的生物学活性可以抑制动脉粥样硬化的进展,从而预防并减少冠脉事件的发生。 |

| Abstract: | The epidemiological studies showed that lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2) is an independent predictor of risk for coronary heart disease.Lp-PLA2's role in atherosclerosis has attracted considerable interest.The inhibition of Lp-PLA2 may represent a new approach for the treatment of atherosclerosis,as well as forecast and prevent serious coronary events. |
