高龄初产妇护理干预的临床效果观察

目的探讨高龄初产妇护理干预措施及临床效果。方法将参加定期产前检查及培训并预约在我院分娩的高龄初产妇104例作为干预组；同期未在我院产前检查培训的高龄初产妇104例对照组予常规基础及产科专科护理；干预组在对照组的基础上进行健康宣教、心理护理、并发症的干预护理、分娩期护理、产后护理。结果与对照组相比干预组合并症与产科并发症（妊高征、胎膜早破、早产、产后出血）少、剖宫产率低、产程短；新生儿体质量重、Apgar评分高；患者及家属满意度高。结论针对高龄初产妇的特点，重视围生期保健教育，采取相应护理干预措施，可改善妊娠结局，有利于整体护理质量的提高。

Clinical result of nursing intervention for the elderly primipara

Objective To investigate the clinical results of nursing intervention for the elderly primipara. Methods One hundred and four elderly primiparas who have regular prenatal check - up and training in our hospital were assigned as intervention group; the another 104 elderly primiparas who have no prenatal check-up and training in the hospital were assigned as control group. The patients in control group only received routine basic and obstetric nursing care. The intervention group received more nursing care, such as health education, mental nursing, nursing intervention for complication, nursing care delivery and postpartum nursing. Results The complications including pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, premature rupture of membrane, premature delivery and postpartum hemorrhage were fewer, the ratio of uterine - incision delivery was lower and the birth process was shorter in nursing intervention group. In addition, heavier newborn birth weight, higher Apgar score and higher degree of satisfaction of the patients and their family members were found in nursing intervention group. Conclusion Perinatal stage health education and corresponding nursing intervention directed to elderly primipara may improve the pregnancy outcome.
