肺癌下呼吸道感染危险因素分析

目的:分析肺癌下呼吸道感染的现状,探讨肺癌下呼吸道感染的危险因素及预防措施。方法:回顾性调查1999年11月～2001年6月住院的肺癌患者196例。结果:肺癌下呼吸道感染的发生率为61.7％(121/196)。高龄、Ⅲ～Ⅳ期肺癌、鳞癌、小细胞癌、中央型肺癌下呼吸道感染率明显增高;此外,与感染相关的可干预危险因素还有:吸烟史,营养状况,慢性非癌性肺部疾病,发病时间,住院时间,侵入性操作,抗生素应用等。结论:肺癌下呼吸道感染危险因素诸多,对感染相关的可干预危险因素应引起重视,加以预防和及时纠正,将有利于肺癌治疗顺利进行。

Analysis of the Dangerous Factors of Lower Respiratory Tract Infection in Patients with Lung Cancer

Objective:To analyse the present situation of lower respiratory tract infection in patients with lung cancer,survey the danger factors and discover the prevention ways of it. Methods: To review cases of 196 patients with lung cancer in our hospital at 1999,11 - 2001,6. Results:The rate of lower respiratory tract infection in patients with lung cancer was 61.7% (121/196) .The infection rates of patients with III ~ IV stage lung cancer, scale cancer, small cell lung cancer, center lung cancer and advanced age were higher than others.The smoking history,nutrition state,chronic lung disease of non-cancer,time of suffering from lung cancer, time of hospitalization and use antibiotic more etc. are important factors, too. Conclusions: There are many factors of lower respiratory tract infection in the patient with lung cancer. Try to best prevent and treat these danger factors, ensure success in the treatment of lung cancer.
