老年高血压病合并左室肥厚患者的窦性心率震荡分析

目的：探讨老年高血压病合并左室肥厚患者窦性心率震荡（HRT）的变化。方法：97例老年高血压病患者人选，进行心脏彩超检查后分为非左室肥厚组（非LVH组．44例）及左室肥厚组（LVH组，53例），两组均接受24h动态心电图（DCG）记录，计算HRT的指标震荡初始（TO）、震荡斜率（TS）。并分析其与左室重量指数（LVMI）之间的关系。结果：与非心室肥厚组比较，左室肥厚组患者TO显著升高[（-L04±1．38）ms：（O．74±1．66）ms，P〈0．01]，TS显著降低[（12．20±10．64）ms／RRI：（6．73±6．68）ms／RRI，P〈0．05]，同时发现TO与LVMI呈正相关（r=0．26，P〈0．05），TS与LVMI呈负相关（r=O．44，P〈0．05）。结论：高血压病合并左室肥厚患者窦性心率震荡减弱或消失，且这种改变与左室重量指数密切相关。

Correlation between heart rate turbulence and left ventricular hypertrophy in aged patients with hypertension

Objective： To study the correlation between heart rate turbulence （HRT） and left ventricular hypertrophy in aged patients with hypertension. Methods： A total of 98 aged patients with hypertension were divided into left ventricular hypertrophy （LVH） group （53 cases） and no left ventricular hypertrophy group （control group, 44 cases） . All patients accepted 24 h dynamic electrocardiography （DCG） examine. Then all of the data of HRT from DCG were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results： Compared with those in control group, turbulence slope （TS） markedly reduced [ （12.20±10.64） ms/RRI vs. （6.73±6.68） ms/RRI, P〈0.05] whereas turbulence onset （TO） significantly increased [ （-1.04±1.38） ms vs. （0.74± 1.66） ms, P〈0.01） in LVH group, he Person correlation analysis showed, that TO was positive correlated with LVH （r=0. 26, P〈0.05） , TS was negative correlated with LVH （r= -0. 44, P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The HRT significantly reduce in aged patients with hypertension and it is closely correlated with left ventricular hypertrophy.
