摘    要:大黄脾虚模型小鼠IL-2活性比正常小鼠明显降低;绞股蓝总皂甙10~80mg/L以及100~200mg/kg在体外、体内可协同ConA使正常小鼠脾细胞产生之IL-2明显提高;10~40mg/L和50~200mg/kg在体外、体内也能协同ConA使大黄脾虚模型小鼠低下的IL-2活性提高,并恢复至接近正常水平。绞股蓝总皂甙能使脾虚小鼠低下的IL-2提高的实验结果进一步提示IL-2可能与机体的“正气”和“脾”的本质存在某种内在联系,也可能是中医“脾气”的免疫学物质基础之一。

Abstract:An experiment was made to study the effect of Gypenoside on interleukin-2 (IL-2) production in normal mice and Rhubarb-inducing Pi-asthenia model mice in order to understand the relationship between Gypenoside and IL-2. The results showed that: 1) Gypenoside (10-80mg/L in vitro, 100-200mg/kg in vivo) could increase IL-2 production induced by ConA from normal murine spleen cell ; 2) IL-2 production in Pi-asthenia mice was lower than that in normal mice which could be enhanced to normal level by ConA and Gypenoside (10-40mg/L in vitro, 50-200mg/kg in vivo) . It suggested that IL-2 may be related to "healthy Qi" and Pi, and also one of the immunological substantial basis of Pi-Qi in traditional Chinese medicine.
