工勤人员职业态度现状及相关因素分析

目的了解医院工勤人员对所从事工作持有的态度,查找相关影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法,调查对象为武汉市三所三甲医院临床支持中心185人工勤人员,问卷第一部分为一般人口学特征资料;第二部分从职业态度的三个组成方面即认知因子、情感因子及行为因子进行设计,共13个条目。结果工勤人员职业态度总均分为3.63±0.49;不同年龄、不同工龄、不同文化程度、不同专业及不同婚姻状况之间各因子的比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;年龄越小、学历越高、工龄越短的工勤人员,对职业态度认知得分越低;医学专业毕业的工勤人员对职业态度认知得分低于非医学专业;无护士执照的工勤人员对职业态度认知各因子得分高于有护士执照的工勤人员,情感及行为因子之间的比较有统计学差异（P〈0.01）;男性工勤人员对职业态度认知各因子得分高于女性工勤人员,情感因子之间的比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;收入不满意的工勤人员,表现出较低的职业态度认知。结论工勤人员职业态度总体处于较满意水平,给予工龄短、学历高、医学专业毕业的工勤人员更多关注及职业态度认知教育是当前临床支持中心的重要工作。

Current Status and Relevant Factors of Profession Attitude for Nursing Aids

Objective To investigate the attitude for nursing aids toward their work and to find the relevant factors.Methods One hundred and eighty-five nursing aids in 3 clinical support centers of three hospitals were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire using a sampling method.The first part of the questionnaire was the general demographic characteristics data; the second part consisted of three components from the professional attitude,i.e.cognitive factors,affective factors and behavioral factors.The questionnaire consisted 13 entries.Results Average score of the profession attitude for the nursing aids was 3.63±0.494.There were significant difference in the various factors among nursing aids with different ages,seniority,education levels,majors,and marriage status （P0.01）.The lower age,the higher education levels and the less seniority; the lower cognitive scores for profession attitude.The score of the nursing aids with medicine major were lower than those without medicine major.Nursing aids without nursing license had higher scores in various factors than that those having license.There was significant difference in the emotional and behavioral factors （P0.01）.The male nursing aids had higher scores than the female workers and there was significant difference in emotional factors （P0.05）.The shorter working hours,the lower awareness of profession attitude.The nursing aids who were not satisfied with their income had lower profession attitude awareness.Conclusion The profession attitude for nursing aides were generally satisfactory.It was an important work for clinical support center to pay more attention to the nursing aids with shorter service time,higher academic qualification and medicine major and to develop the cognition education on profession attitude.
