葛根素合用甲钴胺对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变的影响

目的：观察葛根素合用甲钴胺对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变的影响.方法：腹腔注射链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠模型.随机分为模型组、单用甲钴胺组、单用葛根素组、两药联合组、并设置空白对照组.检测大鼠血糖;组织切片观察坐骨神经病理变化;用生物信号采集系统测定大鼠坐骨神经传导速度.结果：甲钴胺组和模型组之间的的血糖水平无统计差异（p＞0.05）,葛根素组及两药联合组大鼠血糖明显降低（p＜0.05）;与模型组相比联合用药组大鼠坐骨神经传导速度明显提高（p＜0.05）;坐骨神经组织切片结果显示联合用药组神经组织损伤较轻.结论：葛根素合用甲钴胺对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变有一定的治疗作用.

The effect of Puerarin and Mecobalamine on Diabetic peripheral neuropathy rats

Objective：To investigate the effect of Mecobalamine and Puerarin on Diabetic peripheral neuropathy rats.Methods：Rats were divided control group,model group, single- Puerarin group, single-Mecobalamine group,and puerarin group and two-drug combination of Puerarin and Meeobalamine group after injecting STZ through intraperitonea. Then observe the blood glucose and the sciatic nerve pathological changes and the sciatic nerve conduction velocity of rats.Results： The blood glucose of single-Mecobalamine group is no more difference with model group, and the blood glucose of single- Puerarin group and the drug combination group both declined significantly contrast to the model group（p〈0.05）. Compared with the model group, the sciatic nerve conduction velocity of the drug combination group increased evidently （p〈0.05）.And the dam- age of nervous tissue of the drug combination group is lighter than the model group.Conclusion：There is an effective effect on Diabetic peripheral neuropathy rats after administered the drug combination of Puerarin and Mecobalamine.
