| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨视网膜母细胞瘤 (retinoblastoma ,RB)与髓上皮瘤 (medulloepithelioma)的组织起源、临床病理学特征及其诊断、鉴别诊断。方法 对 15 4例RB病人、3例髓上皮瘤病人的眼球标本进行组织病理学观察 ,并对其组织病理学特征进行比较研究。结果 两者组织起源相同 ,病理学特征性改变不同。结论 通过组织病理学特征性的不同就可以对RB、髓上皮瘤进行诊断与鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the histologyical origin,histopathologic features, the differential diagnosis of RB and medulloepithlioma.Methods The eyeball specimens of 154 RB cases and 3 medulloepithlioma cases were observed and the histological origin,histopathologic and differential diagnosis were studied.Results The histological origins of retioblastoma,RB and medulloepithelioma were similar but the histopathologic features were different.Conclusions RB and medulleopithelioma can be diagnosed and differentially diagnosed by histopathology |
