摘    要:目的:研究太白Song木根皮中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法、薄层扫描法及高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定,并就测定数据进行比较。结果:紫外分光光度法操作简便,稳定性好,但不精确;薄层扫描法影响因素多,数据稳定性差;HPLC法针对单一成分测定,数据稳定,可信度高。结论:不同方法所得结果差异很大,RP-HPLC法为太白Song木中齐墩果酸含量测定的最佳方法。

Abstract:Objective: To study the methods for assay of oleanolic acid in root cortex of Aralia taibaiensis . Methods: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry, TLC scanning and HPLC were adopted, the data obtained from different methods were also compared. Results: This study showed that UV spectrophotometry was easy to operate and with perfect stability, but it was inaccurate. TLC scanning was influenced by various factors, therefore it was of poor stability; HPLC had best stability and creditability when determining single component. Conclusion: Data aquired from each method are different, and RP HPLC is the most accurate method for the determination of oleanolic acid in Aralia taibaiensis .
