前列地尔与低分子肝素治疗急性冠状动脉功能不全临床研究

目的　观察前列地尔 (前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂 ,Lipo -PGE1,商品名 :凯时 )与低分子肝素 (商品名 :速碧林 )治疗急性冠状动脉功能不全的临床疗效及不良反应。方法　将 72例患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组在常规给予口服阿斯匹林、抗心绞痛药物、速碧林治疗的基础上 ,加用凯时治疗 ;对照组常规给予口服阿斯匹林、抗心绞痛药物、速碧林治疗 ,疗程均为 1 0d。结果　治疗组与对照组在住院 1 0d内治疗总有效率分别为 94 4 %与 72 2 % (P <0 0 1 ) ,随访 1 80d ,非致死性心肌梗死发生率为 2 7%与 1 1 1 % ,总的心性事件发生率为 1 6 7%与 5 0 0 % (P <0 0 1 ) ;2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论　在常规治疗基础上 ,加用凯时治疗急性冠脉功能不全能有效的控制心绞痛的发作 ,并明显减少急性心肌梗死发生率。

Clinical Study on Acute Coronary Artery Dysfunction Treated with Alprostadil and Low Molecular Heparin

Objective To observe the curative effect and side effect of acute coronary artery dysfunction (ACAD) treated with alprostadil and low molecular heparin. Methods 72 cases of such patients were divided into two groups randomly. The patients in therapy group were treated with aspirin, anti-angina drug, Lipo-PGE and low molecular heparin 10 days for a course. The patients in control group were treated with aspirin, anti-angina drug, Lipo-PGE and low molecular heparin 10 days for a course. Results The total effective rate were 94.4% in therapy group and 72.2% in control group (P<0.01). After 180 days follow-up, non-fetal MI incidence rate were 2.7% in therapy group and 11.1% in control group. The total cardiac incidence rate were 16.7% in therapy group and 50.0% in control group. There was no complication in both group. Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, the Lipo-PGE could control the upset of ACAD and decrease the mortality of AMI obviously.
