| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨奇异性骨旁软骨瘤性增生（BPOP）的形态学特征和病理鉴别诊断。方法 报道国内发现的4个病例,分析其临床、X线和病理形态特征并随访。结果 BPOP由分化成熟的骨、软骨和纤维三种成分构成。有特征性蓝骨和软骨细胞的不典型性,与附着骨之间缺乏骨性连结。结论 BPOP是一种有复发倾向的良性增生性病变,应与皮质旁骨肉瘤等病变鉴别。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the pathological characteristics and differential diagnosis of bizarre parcosteal osteochondromatous proliferation (BPOP) Methods The clinical,radiological and pathological features were analyzed in 4 cases of BPOP with follow up. Results The tumor consisted of well differentiated bone,cartilage and fibrocytes.There were the characteristic "blue bone"and atypical cartilage cells in the tumor and no continuity between attached bone and BPOP. Conclusion BPOP is a benign proliferative lesion that has a recurrent potential and must be differentiated from parosteal osteosarcoma |
