摘    要:目的:总结应用Snodgrass手术方式(尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术)治疗小儿尿道下裂的经验。方法:在26个月中对18例尿道下裂患儿施行Snodgrass手术。患儿年龄19个月至14岁,其中阴茎体型15例,阴茎阴囊型3例;3例为尿道成形手术失败患儿,5例患儿阴茎下弯先行阴茎背侧折叠术。结果:术后随访4~28个月,手术治愈15例(83.3%),术后并发尿瘘3例(16.7%),均已修补成功。结论:Snodgrass手术可应用于多种类型的尿道下裂。手术操作简便易行,手术成功率高,易掌握推广。

Abstract:Objective: To report the experiences using Snodgrass procedure (Tubularized incised plate urethroplasty) forhypospadias repair. Methods: From June 2002 to August 2004 Snodgrass procedure was performed in 18 boys 19 months to 14 yearsold with 15 mid shaft and 3 penoscrotal hypospadias. Three cases had had a history of failed urethroplasty. Dorsal plication wascarried out for 5 chordees. Results: The patients had been followed up for 4-28 months and a satisfactory functional neourethrawas observed in 15 cases (success rate 83.3%). Urethro-cutaneous fistula occurred in 3 patients with an overall fistula rate of 16.7%had been corrected. Conclusion: Snodgrass procedure can be used in most of hypospadias repair. Snodgrass procedure is a simplifiedmethod and its success rate is high, so gained widespread acceptance.
