银屑病患者血清E、L、P选择素和VCAM-1的表达

目的:研究银屑病患者血清中E、P、L选择素及血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)的表达及其临床意义。方法:用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定银屑病进行期、静止期患者和正常对照组健康人血清E、L、P选择素和VCAM-1的水平。结果:(1)进行期组患者血清E、L、P选择素和VCAM-1水平显著高于静止期组和正常对照组(P值均<0.05)。(2)静止期组患者血清E、L、P选择素和VCAM-1水平与正常对照组无显著性差异(P值均>0.05)。(3)患者血清E、L、P选择素和VCAM-1与PASI评分均无显著相关性。结论:E、L、P选择素和VCAM-1在银屑病活动期的炎症细胞聚集和黏附过程中起着重要作用。

The expression of serum E - Selectin, L - Selectin, P - Selectin and VCAM- 1 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris

Objective: To measure the expression of serum E-Selectin,L-Selectin,P-Selectin and VCAM-1 in psoriasis and to explore its clinical significance.Methods: The serum levels of these selectins and VCAM-1 were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in patients with psoriasis vulgaris and normal controls.Results: The levels of selectins and VCAM-1 were significantly higher in active psoriasis than those in psoriasis at static stage and normal controls(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in these selectins and VCAM-1 between psoriasis at static stage and normal controls(P>0.05).The levels of these selectins and VCAM-1 were not correlated to psoriatic area severity index(PASI).(Conclusion): E-Selectin,L-Selectin,P-Selectin and VCAM-1 may play an important role in the accumulation of inflammatory cells and adhesion process in active psoriasis.
