| 摘 要： | [目的]了解福州市民被动物咬伤后接种狂犬疫苗的效果。[方法]对被动物咬、抓伤者全程注射狂犬疫苗后20d以酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定血清狂犬病抗体。[结果]经全程注射狂犬疫苗的1531例动物咬、抓伤者中,抗体阳性1439例,平均阳性率为93.99%。抗体阳性率与年龄有差异(χ2=18.898,P﹤0.01)。[结论]被动物咬、抓伤者及时注射狂犬疫苗是控制狂犬病的重要手段。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective]To understand the vaccination effect of rabies vaccine in residents who had been bitten by animals in Fuzhou city.[Methods]Patients who had been bitten and scratched by animals were injected with rabies vaccine with full course,ELISA was used to test serum specimens of patients for rabies antibody twenty days later.[Results]Among 1 531 vaccinated patients with full course,1 439 cases were positive,and the positive rate was 93.99%.There was significant difference in the positive rate of rabies antibody among different age groups.[Conclusions]Injecting patients who are bitten and scratched by animals with rabies vaccine timely is an important means in controlling rabies. |
