急性下肢深静脉血栓形成过程中D-二聚体、NO和ET的动态变化

摘要 目的 调查急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(Acute deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity, ADVT )中一氧化氮(nitric oxide, NO)和内皮素（endothelin，ET）变化及与D-二聚体(D-Dimer, D-D)的相关性。方法 观察了86例ADVT的D-D、NO和ET水平在诊断即时、溶栓24h、溶栓72h、溶栓7d以及溶栓第14d的动态变化。结果 诊断即时、溶栓2h小时以及溶栓72h血清D-D、NO和ET水平均明显升高（P <0.05），溶栓7d以及溶栓第14d血清D-D、NO和ET相比较无统计学差异（P≥0.05）。经sperman分析，ADVT血清D-D、NO和ET水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 动态检测血浆NO和ET水平，可能有助于诊断ADVT和预测病情的进展。关键词：深静脉血栓，D-二聚体(D-D)，一氧化氮(NO)，内皮素（ET）

The dynamic variation of D-Dimer, nitric oxide and endothelin in patients of acute deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity

Abstract Objective To explore the dynamic variation of D-Dimer(D-D), nitric oxide(NO) and endothelin(ET) in patients of acute deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity, and to analysis the correlation among D-D, NO and ET. Methods There were 86 cases of ADVT who were detected about the level of D-D, NO and ET when dignosed, 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days and 14 days after thrombolysis. Results The levels of D-D, NO and ET were higher when dignosed, 24 hours and 72 hours after thrombolysis than that of 7 days and 14 days after thrombolysis(P<0.05). By Spearman analysis, there existed the positive correlation among D-D, NO and ET(P<0.05). Conclusion It is beneficial to dynamical detecting the level of D-D, NO and ET during treatment to appraise the state of ADVT.Key words: deep venous thrombosis, D-Dimer, nitric oxide, endothelin
