| 摘 要： | 目的探讨跟骨骨折的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现及其临床价值。方法分析162例跟骨骨折的螺旋CT重建图像的表现、CT分型,根据分型指导临床选择适合的治疗方案。结果多层螺旋CT的MPR、VR图像能清楚显示各型跟骨骨折,明确骨折线的走行、骨折片的数目,可发现X线平片不能看到的关节腔内骨折片,关节囊和软组织显示清晰。结论跟骨骨折的多层螺旋CT检查能准确的对跟骨骨折进行分型,为治疗方案的选择和预后的估计提供帮助准确地参考。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the manifestations of multil-slice computed tomography(MSCT) in patients with fracture of calcaneus and their diagnostic value for this disorder.Methods The data of three dimensional reconstruction of CT scan and CT types of 162 cases of calcaneal fractures were analyzed in this work.According to the types,the valuable instruction can provide to physicians for choosing an appropriate therapeutic scheme.Results MSCT can,clearly,demonstrate each type of calcaneal fractures,definitude the route of fracture line and the number of bone fragment,discover the bone fracture piece that was even undetectable by X-ray inside articular cavity,as well as delineate the joint capsule and soft tissues.Conclusion MSCT inspection can accurately determine the type of fracture of calcaneus and provide great help for the choice of treatment plan and the prediction of prognosis for this disease. |
