| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳黄油在治疗烧伤创面中的应用。方法用乳黄油治疗烧伤病人2186例。结果2186例病人,治愈1984例,治愈率90.8%,治疗后有少量残余创面或质软增生瘢痕202例,临床愈合率9.2%。乳黄油对烧伤创面平均愈合时间:Ⅰ°烧伤平均3天治愈,浅Ⅱ°烧伤6~10天治愈,深Ⅱ°烧伤2~3周治愈,Ⅲ°烧伤1~2个月临床愈合。结论乳黄油具有活血化瘀、祛腐生肌、收敛消炎、止痛抗菌、清热解毒、促进上皮生长的作用,是较理想的烧伤创面外用药。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the application of Ruhuang oil to the treatment of burn wounds.Methods:2186 patients with burn were treated by Ruhuang oil.Results:1984 patients of the whole patients were healing(healing rate 90.8%).Ruhuang oil could also make the eschar dissolving and decrustation in Ⅲ°burns of 202 patients(clinical healing rate 9.2%).The average healing time was 3 days in I ° burn wounds,6~10 days in shallow II ° burn wounds and 2~3 weeks in deep II ° burn wounds.Ruhuang oil could also make clinically ... |
