| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨恶性脑胶质瘤手术后力尔凡增效放疗的临床效果。方法:恶性脑胶质瘤78例手术后随机分为治疗组(力尔凡加放疗)46例,对照组(单纯放疗)32例,进行随访分析,研究近期疗效,生存率和生存期、机能状态、免疫功能及复发率。结果:治疗组有效率76.08％,3年生存率为58.8％;对照组近期疗效有效率43.8％,3年生存率为29.4％。两组近期疗效有效率和3年生存率差异均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:力尔凡能增强胶质瘤术后放疗的敏感性,并提高生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effects and safety of Lifein concurrent with radiotherapy in the treatment of postoperative malignant glioma. Methods: 78 patients with glioma were divided into two groups randomly, 46 cases in group Ⅰ were treated with lifein and radiotherapy, and 32 in group Ⅱ were treated with radiotherapy only. Results : The recent efficiency and the survival rate of three years in group Ⅰ were 76.08% and 58.8%, respectively,compared with those 43.75% and 29.4% in group Ⅱ (P < 0.01) . Conclusion : Combination of Lifein and Radiotherapy shows remarkable effect in the treatment of glioma and can enhance survival rate of these patients. |
