104例老年肾功能衰竭患者临床透析的感染危险因素分析

目的:探讨老年肾功能衰竭患者的临床透析患者感染危险因素.方法:对104例经临床透析及感染情况进行回顾性分析.结果:104例患者中有51例患者在透析后发生感染,感染部位发生较多的部位分别为肺部感染31例次(46.9％),尿路感染21例次(31.8％)；将感染组与未感染组进行对比,两组间患者的平均年龄、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、血透时间等指标相比均存在统计学差异(P＜0.05).经逐步回归分析发现年龄、糖尿病及血白蛋白为感染的易感因素.结论:年龄、糖尿病及血白蛋白是老年肾功能衰竭患者的临床透析患者并发症感染的危险因素.

Risk Factors of Aged Dialysis Patients with Renal Failure

Objective: To observe the clinical risk factors of aged renal failure patients undergoing dialysis.Methods: The clinical data of 104 aged patients with renal failure undergoing dialysis were retrospectively studied,and the risk factors such as age,blood haemoglobin,serum albumin,dialysis time,etc.were compared between the infected cases and non-infected cases.Results: Fifty-one cases in 104 patients has been found infection most in respiratory tract(31 cases,46.9%) or urinary tract(21 cases,31.8%).The average age of patients,blood hemoglobin,serum albumin,dialysis time were different(all P<0.05) between the infected group and non-infected group.Stepwise regression analysis revealed that age,diabetes,and blood albumin are correlated to the infection of these patients.Conclusion: Old age,diabetes,and low blood albumin are risk factors to infection in the elderly patients with renal failure undergoing dialysis.
