年龄对角膜塑形镜矫治效果的影响分析

目的探讨不同年龄的近视患者,相近程度近视性屈光不正眼在角膜塑形镜验配中的矫治效果。方法利用标准片试戴法验配角膜塑形镜;在成功配戴角膜塑形镜的患者中,抽选15岁以下、16～20岁和20岁以上中度近视患者72例(144只眼),利用fareast综合验光仪进行配前裸眼视力、屈光度数检查,与配戴角膜塑形镜矫治后裸眼视力检查进行对比。结果不同年龄的中度近视性屈光不正患者配戴角膜塑形镜后,青、少年组显效率分别为74.28%和86.67%,中年组显效率为4.54%,青、少年组矫治效果显著优于中年组。结论角膜塑形镜能有效矫治近视,但对年龄偏大的近视患者在矫治效果上远不及年龄较小者。

Influence analysis of age to the therapy effect of orthokeratology

Objective To explore the therapy effect of similar degree sexual myopia refractive non-positive eye in orthokeratology for different age nearsighted patient.Methods The standard piece try method was used to fit orthokeratology;72 medium myopic patients(144 eyes)with the age of under 15,16 to 20 years old,more than 20 years old who weared orthokeratology successfully were selected.The bare vision and refractive degree were examined,and the bare vision was compared before and after wearing orthokeratology.Results After wearing orthokeratology by medium myopic and non-positive patients with different ages,the effective rate of youth group and teens’group were 74.28%and 86.67%,respectively.The effective rate of middle-aged group was 4.54%.The treatment effects of youth group and teens group were significantly better than that of the middle-aged group.Conclusion Orthokeratology can correct myopia effectively,but the effect for the treatment of older patients is less effective than the smaller ones.
