| 针灸联合中药治疗脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛的观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸联合中药治疗脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛的效果和安全性。方法将70例患者随机分为两组，各35例。对照组单纯口服中药汤剂，治疗组配合针灸，疗程2个月。结果治疗后两组患肢痉挛程度均明显减轻，日常生活自理能力均明显改善，两组与治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后治疗组均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论针灸联合中药治疗脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛能有效降低肌张力，提高患者日常生活自理能力。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of post-apoplexy spastic hemiplegia treated with the integration of acupuncture and medicine.Methods Seventy cases were randomly divided into two groups.Control group(35 cases) was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,while the treatment group(35 cases) was treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine.Two months were a course.Results After treatment,comparing with that before treatment,the spasm severity and the daily life activity improved in both groups.There was statistical significance between before and after treatment(P < 0.05).But the both results in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The integration of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the muscular tension and improve the daily life activity. |
