| 摘 要： | 目的探讨药物和红蓝光结合治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法选择本院门诊痤疮患者104例，随机分为两组，对照组（50例）给予药物治疗，治疗组（54例）在药物治疗基础上结合红蓝光治疗，疗程为4周。结果治疗组患者有效率为81．48％，对照组有效率为48．00％，治疗组有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论系统服药结合红蓝光治疗寻常性痤疮安全、有效，值得临床借鉴和推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of drugs combination red-blue light in treatment of patients with acne vulgaris.Methods One hundred and four patients with acne vulgaris were divided into two groups randomly.The patients in control group(50 cases) were treated with drug only,the patients in treatment group(54 cases) had been treated with drugs and red-blue light for 4 weeks.Results The effective ratio of treatment group was 85.19%,and 52.08% of control group,difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion The drugs plus red-blue light has a marked efficacy and safety on acne vulgaris.It is worthy of learning and application in clinic. |
