硝酸甘油联合比索洛尔治疗高血压急症的疗效观察

目的观察硝酸甘油联合比索洛尔治疗高血压急症的降压效果,评价其疗效和安全性。方法将80例高血压急症患者随机分成观察组和对照组各40例,观察组给予硝酸甘油持续静脉泵入联合比索洛尔,对照组单独给予硝酸甘油持续泵入,监测血压,观察两组治疗效果,分别记录用药前后血压变化,同时了解达到治疗高血压急症的最初目标。结果硝酸甘油联合比索洛尔可显著降低高血压急症患者的血压,在降压效果上比较．联合用药组降压疗效显著优于单独用药组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组不引起心率增快而对照组引起心率加快。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论与单独持续泵入硝酸甘油治疗高血压急症相比．用硝酸甘油联合比索洛尔疗效更佳,能够在短时间内把血压控制到安全范围,此联合用药降低了心血管疾病急症的病死率,对高血压急症是一种有效的手段．具有临床推广应用价值。

Clinical efficacy observation of Nitroglycerin combined with Bisoprolol on hypertensive emergencies

Objective To observe the hypotensive effect of Nitroglycerin combined with Bisoprolol in treatment of hypertensive emergencies,and to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Methods Eighty cases of hypertension were divided into two groups at random,the observation group was given continuous intravenous pumping Nitroglycerin combined with Bisoprolol,while the control group was only given continuous intravenous pumping Nitroglycerin.The treatment effect,heart rate and blood pressure medication and clinical manifestations of change were recorded,at the same time understanding reached initial goal of emergency treatment of hypertension.Results Nitroglycerin combined with Bisoprolol group may be significantly lower in patients with hypertensive emergency blood pressure,compared the antihypertensive effect of antihypertensive efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The observation group did not cause increased heart rate,while the control group caused the heart rate.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the control group which is only given continuous intravenous pumping,the Nitroglycerin ravenous pumping Nitroglycerin combined with Bisoprolol on treatment of hypertensive emergencies is simple and the effect is satisfactory,and it is the first choice to treat hypertensive emergencies,the clinical efficacy on hypertensive emergency is significant,it can decrease blood pressure in short time,and adverse reaction is little,and can reduce cardiovascular disease mortality in acute,and it should be widely promoted and applications.
