| 摘 要： | 报道１９５８￣１９９０年间部分血液病行脾切除６４例，对其中６种疾病的治疗效果进行分析，讨论，认为脾切除是治疗某些血液病的主要手段之一，对遗传性球形红细胞增多症脾切除应首选，血小板减少性紫癜经内科治疗无效，且对强的松有依赖者治疗效果明显。

| Abstract: | cass of splenectomy performed among some hemotological diseases from 1958 to 1990 were reported.6 types of hemotological diseases were analysed and discussed in terms of therapeutical effects.In conclusion,Splenectomy is an important means of treating some hematological diseases and should be selected firstly for hereditary spherocytosis splenectomy is for effectiveidopathic thrombocytopcnic purpura (ITP) espcially no effective with drugs,such as prednisone. |
