广州市越秀区医学生从事社区全科医生工作意愿调查

采用问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方式进行研究，发现全科专业医学生进入社区卫生服务机构工作的意愿明显高于临床专业学生；待遇偏低、个人技术水平难以提高和社会支持度不高是导致医学生不愿及不能进入社区卫生服务机构工作的最主要原因。应加强对高校医学生到基层工作的教育；完善激励机制，提高社区全科医生待遇；加大宣传力度，强化媒体正面宣传。

Investigation and Analysis on Medical Students' Willingness of Being General Practitioners in Community Health Service Centre in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou
