慢性心力衰竭住院患者行为方式及疾病相关知识对生活质量影响的调查

目的 探讨行为方式及疾病相关知识对住院慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法以自设行为方式及疾病相关知识调查问卷及明尼苏达生活质量量表对60例住院慢性心力衰竭患者进行日常行为、知识及生活质量的调查。结果本组住院慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量评分（47．1±16．7）分，日常行为方式得分与生活质量得分成正相关（r=0．521，P〈0．01），疾病相关知识得分与生活质量得分成正相关（r=0．317，P〈0．05）。结论日常行为方式及疾病相关知识掌握程度能够影响患者生活质量。通过健康教育使患者采用良好的生活方式并掌握疾病相关知识，可提高心衰患者生活质量。

Investigation of effection of behavior and disease related knowledge to life quality during hospitalized patients with chronic cardiac failure

Objective To investigate the effection of behavior and disease related knowledge to life quality during hospitalized patients with chronic cardiac failure. Methods The behavior, disease related knowledge, life quality were investigated among 60 hospitalized patients with self-Designed questionnaire and Minnesota Quality of Life Scale. Results Score of life quality in this group was (47.1 ± 16.7), scores of behavior and life quality were positive correlation(r = 0. 521, P < 0. 01). Scores of disease related knowledge and life quality were positive correlation (r = 0. 317, P < 0. 05). Conclusions Behavior and disease related knowledge can affect life quality of patients. Healthy education can improve their lifestyle, disease related knowledge and life quality.
