城市社区老年慢性疾病家庭护理干预模式研究

为探讨中小城市社区老年慢性疾病病人家庭护理干预模式，选取本院周边社区病人与同期住院病人。社区护量组给予家庭护理，并实施心理、行为干预措施；对照组采取常规护理。结果显示：两组病人疾病转归无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；住院病人在护理要求、日常活动方面得分高于社区护理病人，而就医行为与安全意识得分低于社区病人；社区病人的心理功能（SDS）、社会功能（SDSS）恢复优于住院病人，且费用明显少于住院病人。结论：在中小城市社区，对老年慢性疾病病人实行家庭护理是可行的，此干预模式有利于社区老年慢性疾病人的康复。

Study on Intervening Model of Family Nursing Care on Senile Chr onic Diseases Patients of City Community

To probe into the intervening model of family nursing care in senile patients with chronic diseases in small and medium-sized city. Patients from the communities around the hospital were selected as test group. And patients hospitalized in the same period were as control group. Patients in test group were given family nursing care and measures including psychological and behavior intervening. Whereas patients in control group were just given routine care. Results showed that there was no statistical significance between the two groups in terms of the final states of illness (P>0.05). In-patients had higher scores than those in test group in terms of both their demand of care and everyday activity. But the scores they got about the awareness of seeking medical advice and safety were lower than those of community patients were. While the recovery of both psychological function and social function of community patients was superior to those of in-patients. Moreover, their costs were less than those of in-patients were. Conclusion: in small and medium-sized cities, it is feasible to carry out family nursing care for those senile had chronic illness. And this intervening model do good to the recovery of community senile with chronic illness.
