脂蛋白(a)与冠心病、脑梗死的相关性研究

目的：研究血清脂蛋白（a）[Lp（a）]在冠心病（CAD）、脑梗死（CI）形成中的作用及意义。方法：收集受试者血清，在HITACHI 7600-020全自动生化分析仪上进行血脂相关指标的检测分析。结果：经过t检验统计分析认为脂蛋白（a）等血脂相关指标有显著性差异，将对冠心病、脑梗死起到预示作用。结论：血清脂蛋白（a）对冠心病、脑梗死的早期预测优先于其他指标。

Study on the Relationship Between Lipoprotein(a) and Cornary Arterial Disease, Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To evaluate the effects and significance of lipoprotein(a) on the development of coronary arterial disease,cerebral infarction.Methods:detect ion and analysis of the plasma lipid markers of the collected serums were performed with the HITACHI 7600-020 automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results:The result of the plasma lipid markers,Lp(a) etc,by t-test was significant.and this would predict the risk of coronary arterial disease(CAD),cerebral infarction(CI).Conclusion:It is better than the others in terms of prediction of CAD,CI.Lp(a) marker should be preferable adopted in clinical test.
