| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在新医改条件下保障国家基本药物供需的重要性。方法通过对国家基本药物在新医改中实施现状及潜在问题的分析,提出保障国家基本药物供需的具体措施。结果与结论应建立政府主导的供需体系,保障基本药物临床可及性,促进合理用药。 |
