| 摘 要： | 目的 观察甘蔗渣多糖对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法 采用环磷酰胺(CY)造模法复制小鼠免疫抑制模型,测定甘草渣多糖对实验动物免疫器官重量指数、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能、迟发型变态反应(DTH)、溶血素(IgM)含量、溶血空斑形成、T细胞百分比和淋巴细胞转化.结果 小鼠灌胃剂量为200、400mg/(kg·d)的甘蔗渣多糖能显著提高免疫器官重量,增强小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,提高DTH和促进IgM、溶血空斑形成并且增加T细胞百分比和淋巴细胞转化率.结论 甘蔗渣多糖有显著提高免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的作用. |
