胆囊癌组织中VEGF—C、TP、LVC的表达及其相互关系

[摘要]【目的】探讨血管内皮生长因子C（vascular endothelial growth factor C,VEGF-C）、胸腺嘧啶磷酸化酶（thymidine phosphorylase, TP）和淋巴管计数 （lymph vessel count, LVC）在胆囊癌组织中的表达及其相互关系。【方法】石蜡包埋切片SP免疫组织化学法测定和分析上述指标的变化。【结果】①VEGF—C、TP在42例胆囊癌组织申的阳性表达率均为64．3％，其评分值分别为2．80±2．26和2．85±1．93，在正常胆囊组织中阳性率分别为6．3％和12．5％，其评分值分别为0．69±1．08和0．69±1．45。胆囊癌组织中的VEGF—C和TP表达阳性数及其评分明显高于正常胆囊组织，差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。②胆囊癌组织中LVC均值明显高于正常胆囊组织（12．08±3．18VS4．32±1．31，P〈0．01），且差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。③癌组织中VEGF—C和TP的表达水平及LVc与胆囊癌患者的年龄、性别无关（P〉0．05），而与肿瘤病理类型、组织学分级、邻近脏器有无浸润、附近淋巴结有无转移密切相关（P〈O．05）。④胆囊癌组织中的VEGFC与LVC、TP与LVC、VEGF—C与TP表达呈明显正相关（P〈0．01）。【结论】VEGF-C、TP、LVC的表达特征与胆囊癌发生发展、生物学行为及其预后有密切关系。

Relationship Between the Expression of VEGF-C, TP and LVC in Gallbladder Carcinoma

[ObjectivelTo detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C（VEGF C）, thymi dine phosphorylase（TP） and lymph vessel count（LVC） in gallbladder carcinoma, and to explore their relation- ships.[Methods] The immunohistochemical method of streptavidin-peroxidase complex in paraffin embedded sections was used. [ResultslThe positive expression rate of VEGF-C and TP in the gallbladder carcinoma was 64.3%, and their scores were 2.80±2.26 and 2.85±1.93,respectively. The positive expression rates in the normal gallbladder tissues were 6.3% and 12.5% ,respectively, and their scores were 0.69±1.08 and 0.69± 1.45,respectively. There was significant difference on VEGF-C and TP between in the gallbladder carcinoma tissues and the normal gallbladder tissues（ P 〈0.01）. There was significant difference on the mean of LVC between in the gallbladder carcinoma tissues and the normal gallbladder tissues（ 12.08±3.18 vs 4.32± 1.31, P 〈0.01）. The expressions of VEGF-C, TP and LVC were related to the pathological type,the pathological grading, infiltration and metastasis or not（ P〈0.05） ,but were not related to the age and gender（ P〉0.05）. The expression of VEGF C and LVC, TP and LVC, VEGF-C and TP presented positive correlation（ P 〈0. 01）[Conclusion]The expression of VEGF-C, TP and LVC may be related to the carcinogenesis, development, biological behaviors and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma.
