脑卒中偏瘫恢复期规范化康复护理的有效性分析

目的探讨脑卒中偏瘫恢复期规范化康复护理的有效性。方法将56名脑卒中偏瘫恢复期康复患者随机分为实验组和对照组各28名，对实验组患者实施“脑卒中偏瘫恢复期规范化康复护理方案”，对照组给予常规护理。分别于干预1—2个月后对两组患者的运动功能及日常生活能力、心理状况、并发症发生情况进行比较。结呆运动功能、日常生活能力：2个月后，实验组改善幅度显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）。焦虑评分：1—2个月后，实验组降低分显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。抑郁评分：1个月后，试验组降低分大于对照组（P〈0．05）；2个月后，试验组降低分显著大于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论脑卒中偏瘫恢复期规范化康复护理能促进患者整体康复。

Efficacy of Standardization Rehabilitation Nursing to Hemiplegic Patients with Stroke in Rehabilitation Period

Objective To analyze the efficacy of standardization rehabilitation nursing to hemiplegic inpatients with stroke in rehabilitation period.Methods 56 cases of hemiplegic inpatients with stroke in rehabilitation period were divided into experimental group and control group randomly.For the experimental group(n=28),standardization rehabilitation nursing interventions were applied.For the control group(n=28),traditional rehabilitation nursing interventions were apptied.Motion function,level of activities of daily life,mental status,and incidence of complications were evaluated 1 to 2 months after interventions.Results The scores of motion function and ADL level 2 month after interventions in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The decline scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale 1 to 2 months after interventions in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The decline score of depression 1 month after interventions in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The decline score of depression 2 months after interventions in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The standardization rehabilitation nursing to hemiplegic inpatients with stroke in rehabilitation period could improve patients' global function.
