输卵管积脓(及积水)的CT表现(附9例报告)

本文报告9例经手术病理及临床证实的输卵管积脓（及积水）的病例。着重探讨了本病的CT表现，主要为子宫旁、向盆腔侧壁延伸的混合密度肿块，以囊性为主，壁厚明显强化，可分为三型：（1）长管状及腊肠状；（2）多囊状；（3）梭形及圆形。结合临床检查结果，对输卵管积脓（及积水）的正确CT诊断是十分重要的。本病应与卵巢囊肿及良、恶性囊性卵巢肿瘤相鉴别。

CT Diagnosis of Hydrosolpinx or Pyonsalpinx (Report of 9 Cases)

The authors analyzed 9 cases of hydrosopinx or pyosalpinx which were confirmed by the operation pothology and the clinical course. The discussion in the paper was focused on the CT findings . These CT features showed that the density - mixed masses beside the uterus tented to extent to the sides of the pelvis. They appeared the cyst mostly , and enhanced thick - walled masses distinctly . They could be divided into three types in shpo: (1 )long tuber and sausage -like ; (2)multiple and cystic ; (3)round or ellipse. It is very important to refer the clinical results for diagnosing the hydrosalpinx or pyosalpinx correctly with CT . However, the hydrosolpinx or pyosalpinx should be distinguised from the ovarian cyst ,benign or malignant ovarian tumor .
