| 摘 要： | 目的：对安宫牛黄中姜黄素进行含量测定。方法：采用HPLC法测定了安宫牛黄中姜黄素的含量。结果：确定了姜黄素的最大吸收波长为430nm，建立了其HPLC测定方法，并测定了其在一系列pH值缓冲液中的平衡溶解度。结论：建立了姜黄素的体外分析方法，简便，专属、重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the contents of curcumine in Angong Niuhuang.Methods :The content of curcumine was determined by HPLC.Results:The Max absorb wave is 430nm.The HPLC method was established.And a range of solubility was determined in deferent solvent.Conclusisions:These methods are simple,sensitive,accurate and have a good reproducibility. |
