CT导引下肺部穿刺150例临床应用体会

目的研究CT导引下肺部穿刺在临床的应用价值。方法对150例肺部肿块患者在CT下精确定位,穿刺,活检。结果150例患者穿刺成功率100%,确诊率90%,并发症8%。结论穿刺活检可获得病理学依据,为患者的治疗指明了方向,有利于医生为患者的病情制定出准确的治疗方案,此技术对于临床应用具有很大价值。

Clinical Experience of CT - guided lung puncture 150 cases

Objective To study clinical application-value of CT-guided lung puncture.Methods Exact position,puncture,biopsy to 150 patients with pulmonary tumors byct-guide were done.Results The puncture success rate of 150 patients was 100%,exact diagnosis rate was 90%,complication rate was 8%.Conclusion Puncture and biopsy can obtain pathology basis that specifies direction for the treatment of patients and helps doctors make accurate treatment programs for patients.The technology has high value for clinical application.
