肉碱复方制剂对急性冠脉综合征疗效的临床观察

目的:观察肉碱复方制剂对急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者氧自由基(oxygen free radical,OFR)的影响,评价其在ACS治疗中的临床价值。方法:急性冠脉综合征患者共40例,随机分为治疗组(A组,20例)口服肉碱复方制剂10μl,日2次,连续30d,余同B组;对照组(B组,20例)常规治疗。测定A、B两组治疗前后血清TG、CHO含量等相关指标。结果:A、B两组于治疗后较治疗前血清TG、CHO、LDL—C浓度均明显降低,HDL-C显著升高(P<0.01),A组明显低于B组(P<0.01);并发症及心绞痛发作情况明显改善。结论:肉碱复方制剂可以减轻氧自由基的损伤作用,保护急性冠脉综合征患者缺血心肌。

Clinical observation on the effect of carnitine pharceutics on acute coronary syndrome

Objective To observe the effects on OFR activity of using complex pharmaceutics containing carnitine and pecorino (CP) on the ACS patients. Methods: 40 in-patients with ACS is were divided into two groups randomly, the CP therapy group ( group A, 20 cases) and the WM therapy group (group B,20 cases). Twenty healthy blood donors were served as controls.In group A is given CP 10 ml ,bid p.o. for 30 days, and other administrations were the same as that of group B which used routine WM therapy. Results In two groups, TG,CHO,LDL-C after therapy were significantly lower than that before; HDL-C was significant higher (P<0.01).There was significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.01).In group B after therapy angina and complications decreased significantly(P< 0.05). Conclusion CP could alleviate the injury of OFR and had protective function on injury myocardium in ACS patients.
