桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘32例

[目的]观察桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床疗效。[方法]将70例符合诊断的咳嗽变异型哮喘患者,随机分为治疗组32例,对照组32例。对照组予以常规解痉平喘、抗炎等对症支持治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤煎剂口服,日1剂,每日2次早晚口服,两组均7天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,观察并记录治疗前后临床症状及体征变化及毒副反应。[结果]治疗组患者临床症状及疗效明显改善,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤对咳嗽变异型哮喘病人临床症状缓解,肺功能改善及降低气道高反应性疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。

Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Tang Treating 32 Cases of Cough Variant Asthma

[ Objective] Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Tang cough variant asthma therapy. [ Method] Consistent with the diagnosis of 70 cases of cough variant asthma patients, 32 cases were divided into treatment group and control group of 32 cases. Control group received conventional asthma antispasmodic, anti -inflammatory and other support therapy, the treatment group were to be based on the oral Decoction Gui Longgumuli, Japan 1, 2 times a day sooner or later, oral, both groups 7 days 1 course of treatment for 2 courses before and after treatment were observed and recorded the clinical symptoms and physical signs and toxicity. [ Results ] The clinical symptoms and efficacy improved significantly compared with the control group there were significant differences （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Tang cough variant asthma patients on clinical symptoms, improve lung function and reduce airway hyperresponsiveness is effective and worthy of clinical application.
